mee... :) we do, we do. as for running, it's really difficult when you get started. but if you're patient with yourself and allow your body to adjust to the strain, a good run is the best high you will experience. give it a shot. :)

O god, Ajeya, u sound like my gym instructor, 'you can do it, go on, go for it..":-) I mean that nicely!

Anjali was the most fabulous trainer I had ever, and I miss the gym that she owns, in Bglr:-(
So you see till she doesnt open one here in Bombay, Mee no gymming or running or nothing...
