Running #21

Today's Run:
Distance: 8 km
Time: 44 min 31 sec

Indoor. The best time I've done in a while but I haven't been working out regularly so that's been at the back of my mind. It's a bit annoying. I feel lazy and lethargic when I don't go out exercising. Bleah! I've slacked a little on the exercise routines because I've been staying up late to watch the Euro '08 football matches. Thankfully it's getting over on Sunday. Looking forward to the weekend.

tell me about it! i hate missing out on exercise. and i hate that lazy lethargic feeling that happens as a result. i missed out on a good 2 weeks :( and i feel wretched :(

On the +ve side, my trainer killed my abs n legs today, wonder if I wil ever be able to drive or even walk!(
I dunno how u run for 45 mins, 7mins and I was dying:(

mee... haha... that happens when you start working out. once you get used to it, it'll be fine. :) good going! 45 mins? Just a matter of practice. I've been running for years. :)

i hit the gym today! but it wasnt easy. 24 mins and i was puff pant pant puff..
:( i hate gym breaks!
